I'm happiest in factories with designers and developers — that's where work happens fast and decisions get made in real time. I've built long-range calendars that shipped on time, lowered costs without cutting corners, and managed the moving parts across global, regional, and seasonal lines. I balance detailed product strategy with program creation and help navigate pricing and contract negotiations.

Factories work best when teams commit to getting it right, not just getting it done. That real-time collaboration is where better solutions emerge.
